How do I know which repair I actually need?
You do not have to know. Describe what the vehicle is doing — the noise, the warning light, when it happens — and we diagnose it on-site before recommending anything.
Can you diagnose the problem at my house?
Yes. Diagnostics are the most common call we take. We bring scan tools, meters and test equipment to your home, workplace or wherever the vehicle is parked.
Will you fix it the same day you diagnose it?
Most of the time, yes. If it is a common repair and we have the parts with us, we complete it in the same visit. Larger jobs may need a follow-up.
What if the problem is something you cannot fix on-site?
We tell you straight. If a job needs a lift, special tooling or a full teardown, we say so up front and point you in the right direction.
