Can you diagnose any check engine light?
Yes. We diagnose all OBD-II vehicles (1996 and newer), including domestic, import, gas, and most light-duty diesel vehicles.
Will you fix it on the same visit?
Most of the time, yes. If it's a common repair and we have the parts on the truck, we knock it out the same day. Larger jobs may need a follow-up visit.
What if it's something you can't fix on-site?
We'll tell you straight. If a job needs a lift, special tooling, or full teardown, we'll let you know up front and point you in the right direction.
Do I need to be home during the diagnostic?
Not always. If the vehicle is accessible and we can reach you by phone, we can usually run the diagnostic and call you with the results.
